TMS Evaluation & Implementation: Huawei
This project involved evaluating and comparing two leading Translation Management Systems — Phrase TMS and XTM Cloud — to identify the most suitable solution for supporting localization in Huawei New Energy Vehicles as they expand into global markets.
Working collaboratively, we assessed both platforms across eight key business criteria, including scalability, MT engine integration, user experience, and data confidentiality. The goal was to determine the best system to streamline localization across various components such as infotainment systems, OTA updates, and multilingual communications.
Through this project, I learned how to:

Make data-backed recommendations to drive workflow improvements
